Yesterday an early cut of the forthcoming “Thriller” documentary by Nelson George was screened at movie theaters in major cities around the world. The chosen destinations were Los Angeles, London, Toronto, Mexico City, Sydney, Madrid, Amsterdam, Manila and Seoul.

From those that have seen it, high praise has been given. Many fans rushed to social media to rave about it. The showing was an unfinished version of the documentary, which is due to be released properly in January. Included in the documentary were:

• Behind the scenes of the music videos
• In studio recording of “The Girl Is Mine” with Paul McCartney
• Unseen interview footage of Michael
• 4K quality footage of the Victory Tour
• Talking heads include Matt Forger, Greg Phillinganes and Brooke Shields among others

We can’t wait for it to be released, and hopefully a trailer soon as well.
